Dr Mervyn Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2004, where he received 10 academic awards during training, including the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal (Best student throughout course of study), the FAC Oehlers Gold Medal (Best Clinical Student) and the University Bronze Medal. He went on to obtain his Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontology from NUS, where he was awarded the IADR Medal (Distinction in Periodontology) as well as the Membership in Restorative Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

He specialises in treatment of gum diseases (gingivitis and periodontitis), bleeding gums, gum recession, shaky teeth, bad breath using non-surgical and surgical techniques, and also provides bone and gum regenerative surgeries and dental implant therapy.

Dr Mervyn is a member of the Society of Periodontology (Singapore) and is a registered Dental Specialist in Periodontology with the Singapore Dental Council. Currently, he is also a visiting specialist at the National Dental Centre Singapore.
